I'm Grant, a McMaster business student based in Hamilton. Before Launchpad, I ran my own lawn care business — building a client base from scratch, managing scheduling, and handling customer communication myself. I've also spent years in front-line customer service and sales roles, which taught me how to communicate clearly and stay reliable even when things get busy.
I started Launchpad because I kept noticing the same thing: small, independent businesses are great at what they do, but don't have the time to also become a web designer or social media manager. That's the gap I wanted to fill — straightforward, done-for-you help, without needing a big agency or a steep learning curve.
Everything runs by email because that's how I think this should work: no pressure, no sales calls, just clear communication and getting things done.
